The Homenetmen “Ararat” Chapter’s Year Round Athletic Programs follows the Chapter’s overall objective of serving the community by fostering physical and intellectual growth of our members through athletics.
Since 1978, we have enjoyed an immense growth in our annual athletic programs, today hosting over 1,000 athletes of all ages. Ararat athletes learn different athletics skills, but more importantly by learning about servant leadership mature to become the future leaders in our community. Our proudest achievement is creating year round activity for our youth, using volunteer staff, comprised of our parents, experienced leaders, and experienced coaches.
We offer individual sports programs include table tennis, Martial Arts, tennis, chess, gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics. Our team sports include boys and girls basketball, volleyball, and soccer.
Our athletes participate in annual local tournaments as well as the regional Navasartian Games and international Pan Armenian Games in Armenia.
